Messaging Recipient Enhancement

A useful feature would be to allow for a messaging recipient to be chosen from the directory list. The names on the list should be the people entries who checked "show in directory" and also checked "agree to get emails". You should be able to select a single entry, or select multiple entries (maybe with the Ctrl key). Probably should have a way to clear all selections also.

Also to be able to create a group of people and edit that group. Make a group named "Tuesday Small Group" (for example) with the ability to add/remove people as needed.
