I am certain that some the space we are using is being taken up by images that we have uploaded that are actually no longer being used. However, I am afraid to delete any of them because I cannot be certain that they are unused. It would be nice if there was a way to know if an image is in use.

Sometimes I need to edit (e.g., adjust the size) of images that were uploaded by someone else or uploaded a long time ago, and I do not have a copy of the image. It would be nice if I could download a copy of an image uploaded earlier. It would also be nice if I could then "replace" the image that is up there (if I can only upload a new image I would have to go update all of the places it is used).

I would like to be able to group my images by user defined group names. I have pictures for various pages and would like to keep them in separate groups to fine them. I also have specific images for our sermon series and it is time consuming to locate the one for each series when I post a new sermon for the series.

Add a link on the editing menu to gain direct access to the photo and document library so that a user can access and manage the library without having to go to a page to edit details on a page.

I would greatly appreciate an index of photos that I have uploaded. I am accumulating a large number and have to scroll through them which is time consuming. I'd like to tag the photos with key words so that I could find them for use later. Thank you!

I agree. This would be useful or if we could tag our uploaded photos so that we could more easily locate them. We have accumulated quite a few images and it often requires time to locate the image needed.

This would be helpful. If it offered creating folder options that might be handy as well. ie, staff pics, seasons, ministry folders

We've wanted something like this too. We were thinking of something like tagging and search similar to the Church Spring Image Library.
