This app is specifically developed for your church member to access your website information with ease.
ChurchSpring is listed as the developer and will handle all of the developer account updates, fees, and management. As an Admin, you will only need to update your website content which would then flow to your app.

How do I access the mobile app?

Hello Pamela,
Your My Church by ChurchSpring app is available in the App Store (iPhone) and the Google Play Store (Android).
To load the app into your phone, just follow these steps...
Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, look for My Church by ChurchSpring, and download the app. It looks like this:
Once you open the app, you will see a description of what to expect. Click the black "Continue" button and type in your church name in the search function.
When you see your church name, click it to select it, then click "continue" and the system will load your app for you!
For more information be sure to check out our full help article called How To Download and Use Your Church Member App.
Please let me know if you have any other questions about this!
Blessings,
Rebecca Teo
Would like to add my two scents on this: Would like to request for churches to have the option to have their very own branded app in order to have their logos on it. As it stands it seems as its a ChurchSpring App and every church that wants an app would have to go under the ChurchSpring App which is kind of deceiving. On your Company Website it clearly states that every church can have a Custom Branded App: churchspring.com/mobile-app/
But when I spoke to someone on the ChurchSpring Team for my ChurchSpring 101 training on Zoom, the nice young lady told me that we wouldn't be able to have a custom branded App and that the only way for our church to have an App was to download the ChurchSpring App titled: My Church by ChurchSpring and from there we would set up our church. So in reality for all of our church members and visitors to see what goes on in church life, they would have to download the My Church by ChurchSpring App in order to stay informed with everything church related. So we don't get our very own branded app. Everyone would have to download the ChurchSpring App and go through this app if they want to stay informed about what's going on in church life.
I would like to request for all churches to be able to have the right to have their very own app WITHOUT the ChurchSpring Logo on it.
It's false marketing.
Please make it right!
We'd gladly pay a little more to have our very own branded app.

Please add the ACH option on the My Church app Giving. Most of our members give through their bank to avoid high credit card charges.

How to remove a logo from the App?
Susan McCurdy
Our members like the app feature. I was unable to figure out how to make the logo our own though. I will try again soon. Thanks for this app!

Would love more control about what goes on our app.

We have the sprout plan and use a Staff Template to display our YouTube sermons. So on the apps the sermons show up labeled Staff on the app. In addition, the most recent sermons do not display. We also have separate page for giving. It would be nice to be able to provide a link to that page from the app.

For the next 2.0 version of the app, is it possible to include the Updates page on the menu? This would be great to display weekly announcements on that page that members can see from the app.
Our church uses a localendar (a rich web-based calendar product) for the majority of its events. We have approximately 50 events that occur weekly and it is nit feasible to put them in a long scrollable list of Churchspring events. We’d like to the app to display the events we have and provide a web link to localendar. You do this for our giving platform, so it seems the events could model that.
The same is true for our sermons. Today we embed a link to our sermon platform (sermon.net) so, like the calendar above, the link Wouk be sufficient.

Our Church already has a digital directory that we have been using and don't want to be redundant with two directories. It would be nice to be able to remove the directory from the app to prevent confusion.

Same here. Breeze ChMS has a fully developed Directory App and we dont wish to have an orphan or duplicate database out there. If we could change "Directory" on main menu of the App to a URL link, that would be great.

Greetings. Would the website app be coming out for Christmas?
Mike Kurrle
Hi Tom. We are in our last week of testing however the new app won't be downloadable by Christmas. Our plan is for it to be downloadable on the Google Play and Apple App stores by the first week of January 2022.
