What a luxury it would be... to be able to re-size or, at the very least, manually drag an image within the given parameters to the desired layout!! Right now, it's very restrictive... very frustrating.

I have also noticed this and it would be so awesome to be able to adjust what is seen within the parameters at least! I have also noticed this when trying to pick pictures for the online directory.

I have noticed this to be an issue for the profile pictures in the directory. Currently you cannot move the selected picture to center.

Also be able to move the images around so they look right. The 9 choices buttons don't always center it like it should be.
