Ability to edit the blog author

We post a weekly blog written by a different one of our pastors each week. I do all the editing/posting for the pastors, so it shows that I am the author. I've found a workaround for now, by just listing who it's by in the body of the blog, but I would love to be able to select the author in a similar way to how we select the speaker on a sermon.
